Highlights from Christmas

*One of my best friends from Connecticut made last minute plans for Christmas that were going to take her and her family through Richmond (an hour away from us), so we met up with them for Christmas Eve dinner at Olive Garden.  We had a great time catching up with them.  Before we left for home we changed into our new sandman pj's for the drive home.  We drove around to see if we could spot some fun Christmas lights (in sticking with our Christmas Eve tradition) and happened upon probably the best lights in Richmond!  It was exactly what we were hoping to stumble upon...one of those roads where several houses in a row are all decorated extensively and everybody is driving really slowly past.  So much fun!

*The look on their faces when their dreams came true!  haha

*Analeigh opened this present from Grandma and Papa Waters and we teased her by saying, "oh, look you got your very own hairdryer."  Poor thing took us completely seriously, and because it came from Grandma she was pleased as punch with it.  This was taken before she found what was really in it...

...A beautiful new dress that she wore 3 days in a row after Christmas is what was really inside.

*Analeigh and I tricked Alex by wrapping his Bakugan from the girls in a washrag and then wrapping paper so he couldn't figure out what was in it.  We obviously did a good job disguising it, ha.

*Sibling love!!!! She's holding a coupon book she made for him (their FAVORITE thing to give)!

*Scott grew a beard...and looked pretty darn good I think.  Oh, and he got an awesome hat.

*Abigail fell in LOVE with her new baby doll from Alex and Analeigh...

*I love these kids!!!

*And Scott made a yummy breakfast for us!! (ha, I just realized that in this picture you can't even see any food)

*Other highlights include talking to our families on webcam!  playing Clue!  Christmas dinner at our friends and neighbors' house!  watching Mr. Kreuger's Christmas!  finishing our 12 days of Christmas activities!  carolling at our neighbors' houses!
